Houses and apartment plan for the centre of Grange

Sligo County Council has given notice that it proposes to carry out works at Harte’s Court, Grange that will consist of the construction of 12 one and two-storey dwellings.

The dwellings will consist of houses and apartments with the published notice revealing the proposed development will consist of four two-bedroom apartments; one two-bedroom house; six three-bedroom houses and one four-bedroom house.

All associated works including site access, site boundaries, drainage, associated earthworks, roadworks, Public Open Space, utilities and services connections and car parking. All associated landscaping and site development works are included.

An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Screening has been carried out and has determined that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development and has determined that an EIAR is not required in respect of this proposed development.

Plans and full particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection, or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, online at consult.sligococo.ie or, during office hours at County Hall, Riverside, from Wednesday, January 21 until Thursday, February19.
