Plans for 12 new homes submitted for Meath village

Plans for 12 new dwellings have been proposed for Longwood in Meath.
The proposal, submitted by VVC Developments Limited, includes eight three-bedroom semi-detached two-storey houses and four two-bedroom terraced two-storey homes.
The development would feature a new entrance from St Oliver’s Road, an internal access road, pedestrian paths, turning areas, and a public amenity space.
The plans also include an on-site wastewater attenuation system, new boundary walls, and connections to all mains services, along with all associated site works required for the development.
If approved, the project would provide new housing in the Meath village, supporting the growing residential needs of the area.
The application is now under consideration by Meath County Council.
