Planning application lodged for 54 new residential units in Navan

A planning application has been submitted to Meath County Council for a new 54 residential development at Moathill, Navan.
The site proposed by Kingscroft Developments Limited is bordered to the west by an existing residential property, to the north by the R417 (Kells Road), to the east by the N51 National Road, and to the south by the Bailey Hill Housing development.
The proposed scheme includes the construction of 54 residential units across three four-storey blocks, designated as Blocks A, B, and C. The mix of units comprises 14 one-bedroom apartments, 18 two-bedroom apartments, four three-bedroom apartments, 14 three-bedroom duplex apartments, and four four-bedroom duplex apartments.
Vehicular access to the development is planned through the residential scheme previously approved on lands directly to the south. In addition, three pedestrian access and egress points are proposed, connecting to existing footpaths along the N51 and R147.
The development also includes associated infrastructure such as private and communal open spaces, landscaping, car parking, bicycle storage, bin storage, and provision for ESB and plant services.
