Developer seeks approval for 12 home scheme in Meath village
A new residential development has been proposed for Longwood, with plans lodged to Meath County Council.
VVC Developments Limited is seeking permission for the construction of 12 new homes on a site off St. Oliver’s Road, comprising eight three-bedroom semi-detached houses and four two-bedroom terraced units.
According to the planning application, the scheme would include a new entrance from St. Oliver’s Road, an internal access road, footpaths, and a public amenity area for residents.
The plans also provide for an on-site wastewater attenuation system, new boundary walls, and connection to existing mains services.
