Homebuyers searching for affordable housing in Meath have several new opportunities, with three schemes already open for applications and a fourth set to launch later this month.

Meath County Council, in conjunction with developers, is offering modern, energy-efficient homes across Navan, Ashbourne, and Kells, all within easy reach of Dublin and local amenities.

In Robinrath, Navan, seven homes are now available, including four mid-terrace houses and three end-terrace properties.

Located just a 20-minute walk from Navan town centre, Robinrath is said to offer easy access to schools, shops, the M3 motorway, Navan Road Parkway Station, and bus routes N1, N2, and 189.

Prices for three-bedroom mid-terrace homes start from €360,000, while end-terrace homes are available from €365,000. Maximum household income limits are €92,981 and €94,050 respectively.

Nearby in Beaufort, Boyne Village, Navan, the third phase of the development adds nine homes, including mid-terrace and semi-detached houses.

Prices start at €365,000, with the largest semi-detached Type C house available from €375,000, balancing affordability with high-quality finishes.

In Egland Park, Ashbourne, a single three-bedroom terrace home is currently available. Priced from €395,000, it has a maximum household income limit of €105,806.

The property is just 20 kilometres from Dublin city centre and also benefits from quick access to the N2, M50, and reliable bus connections.

Looking ahead, Foxwood Park in Kells will open for applications on January 29. The development will include eight homes, comprising four two-bedroom terraces and four three-bedroom terraces.

Commuters will have close proximity to the M3 motorway, a 45-minute drive to Dublin Airport, and both local and national bus connections.

All applications for these schemes are processed exclusively through online portals.
