A collision can happen in a split second, but what you do in the moments afterwards can have consequences that last a lifetime. If you're involved in a collision, you have a responsibility to stop.
Despite this, hit-and-run incidents continue to happen on Irish roads. David Martin from the Road Safety Authority outlines what you are legally required to do if you're involved in a collision.
