Road Wise: E-scooters
Every day, we are seeing a rise in e-scooter-related injuries and collisions on our roads. Starting from this month, it is mandatory that all those who ride an e-scooter wear high-vis clothing and a helmet.
But with more changes on the way, Junior Minister for Transport Sean Canney explains why further reform is needed regarding their use.
