EU Presidency: Informal Meeting of EU Trade Ministers, Dublin, 22nd – 23rd October 2026
An informal meeting of EU Trade Ministers is taking place in Dublin from 22nd to 23rd October 2026 as part of the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Security operations are in place at Dublin Castle, with several roads closed until 31st December 2026. Traffic restrictions and Garda motorcycle rolling road closures are expected in the vicinity of Dublin Castle and other event locations. An Garda Síochána is working to ensure public safety and will provide real-time updates via official channels. Drone restrictions are also in place at event venues.
