Coachford Garda Station reopens after year-long refurbishment
Coachford Garda Station reopened on Friday 13 June 2025 after a 12-month refurbishment, with two Gardaí and a sergeant returning to the station.
The public office is open from 10am to 1pm each day. The building is now wheelchair accessible, has a hearing loop and has been upgraded to an A energy rating.
Gardaí said the work was part of the force's modernisation and renewal programme. The station can be reached on 021 7334002; in an emergency, dial 999 or 112.
