Applications to open in Galway this month for 29 mixed-size homes
Applications will open soon for new affordable homes in Galway city.
Red Fox Residential, with Galway City Council, will open applications for those seeking one of 29 mixed-size homes available on the Headford Road.
Radharc Na Tornóige will include eight one-bedroom and five two-bedroom ground-floor apartments, as well as ten two-bedroom and six three-bedroom duplex homes.
All homes will come with one allocated parking space, except for the one-bedroom apartments.
Located 3km from Galway city centre, the development is in close proximity to Terryland Forest Park and major retailers.
The minimum sale price for the 50m² one-bedroom apartments starts at €234,980, compared with an open market value of €310,000.
The maximum sale price for the nearly 134m² three-bedroom duplex is €403,750, compared with an open market value of €425,000.
Purchase prices will be calculated based on the applicant’s status and income.
Applications will open at 12pm on Monday, April 20, and remain open until Monday, May 11.
