Des pushes back on constant climate framing

On RTÉ Radio 1's Liveline, Des accepted that the climate is changing but argued people cannot live under constant alarm and that oil and gas are built into everyday life. His position was that Ireland alone will not solve the problem and that adaptation may be more realistic than expecting rapid reversal.
