Demolition and rebuild of house with extensions and new garage

Thomas Coleen Ryan is planning to extend and redesign his two-storey house in Lackagh, Castleblayney. The work includes knocking down an existing sunroom and building new single and two-storey extensions on the side and rear, plus a new garage. He's also replacing the front porch's pitched roof with a flat one.
