Farmland re-contouring with soil importation to raise ground levels

Dermot Mooney has been given permission to reshape farmland at Binmore, Castleblayney by bringing in soil and inert material to raise ground levels across part of the site. Once the work is done, the land will be covered with fresh topsoil and reseeded with ryegrass. The council approved it after reviewing environmental, traffic and noise reports.
