Retention of completed dwelling house with new road entrance

Eoghan Treanor has been given permission to keep a house that's already been built at Mullaghmore North in Scotstown, along with a new entrance onto the public road. The council approved the retention in May 2026 after the applicant submitted updated site plans and a site characterisation report.
