Demolition of shed and construction of new agricultural shed and dungstead

Will Farrelly is seeking planning permission to demolish an existing 101.77 sq m shed at Castletown, Rathmolyon and construct a new 310.99 sq m detached agricultural shed and a dungstead on the 0.505 hectare site. The application also includes upgrade works to the existing vehicle entrance to serve the development. The application is currently at pre-validation stage with no decision yet issued.
