Music recording studio converted to seaweed bath with renovations

Jerome Kiely is proposing to convert an existing music recording studio in Cloonmonad, Westport into a seaweed bath facility. The plan includes internal alterations, renovations, and new external windows, along with associated site services to support the new use.
