Garage converted to habitable room, house altered, boundary wall realigned, septic system upgraded

Emma Sweeney has been allowed to keep changes she's already made to her home in Killavally, Westport. The work involved converting her garage into a living space, making some updates to the house itself, and rebuilding the front boundary wall to close off access from the Westport side. She also upgraded the septic tank and drainage system on the property.
