Garage conversion and two-storey extension with internal reconfiguration

Joe Fiona O'Donnell is proposing to convert a garage and add a two-storey extension to No 15 Monastery View in Westport. The work will also involve rearranging the internal layout on the ground and first floors and making changes to how the building looks from outside.
