Semi-detached house getting upper storey added with raised roof and new conservatory

Frank McHale is planning to expand and renovate a semi-detached house in Ballinlabaun by raising the roofline from 5.2m to 6.5m and adding upstairs accommodation. The work includes demolishing the existing front and side walls, building a new front elevation and conservatory, and installing a waste water treatment system. A mobile home on the site will be kept.
