Approval sought for existing two-storey shed used for storage, gym and home office

Rick Adams is seeking to keep a two-storey detached shed that he's already built at Tawnacran near Ballina. The structure will be used for storage, a gym, and a home office. He's applied for retention permission, which means he's asking the council to approve a building that's already there rather than getting permission before building it.
