Retaining existing garage and converting utility extension into ancillary living accommodation

Augusta Anne Doyle is seeking permission to keep a domestic garage that's already been built at her home in Bofeenaun, Ballina. She also wants to convert an existing utility extension (which was previously approved back in 2006) into living space that would be used alongside her main house.
