Demolition of house and garage, new two-storey home built, driveway relocated

Karl Brenda Rowe has been given the go-ahead to knock down the existing two-storey house and garage at Knocknalyre, Riverslade, and build a new two-storey dwelling in its place. The new build will also involve reconnecting to existing services on site and moving the driveway entrance further north along the front boundary.
