GAA club proposes dual football pitches, astro turf pitch and hurling wall

Ballina Stephenites GAA Club wants to overhaul their Lord Edward Street grounds with a major sports facility expansion. They're planning to split one football pitch into two, add a new 78m astro turf pitch, build a 47.5m-high hurling wall, install floodlighting and a storage shed, plus reconfigure car parking and access roads.
