Two townhouses converted to retail with extension and car park upgrade

Freshglade Ltd wants to turn two terraced houses on Lord Edward Street in Ballina into a retail shop and office space, covering about 148 square metres. They're also adding a small 15-metre extension to an existing retail unit, upgrading the car park, and keeping a storage shed that's already on site.
