Retention of house alterations including new first floor and exterior changes

Kevin Maura Healy has been granted permission to keep alterations that have already been made to a house in Glenurla, Ballycastle. The work involved changes to the outside of the building and the addition of a first floor, along with associated site works. The permission comes with conditions attached.
