Enoch Burke case in delayed start

The High Court hearing into a dispute between teacher Enoch Burke and Wilson's Hospital School resumed on Wednesday morning with a delayed start. The case was adjourned from 9:30am to 11am after uncertainty over whether Mr Burke, from County Mayo, had been notified of the earlier commencement time.
