A 46-year-old Mayo man has been sentenced to 14 years imprisonment at the Central Criminal Court following his guilty pleas to 31 counts of rape involving two victims. He pleaded guilty to 20 counts of oral and anal rape of a boy between August 1997 and April 2008, and 11 counts of raping his own daughter from mid-2007 over two years.
