Septic tank upgrade and temporary mobile home at rear of house

Patrick and Matthew Duignan have been granted permission to upgrade the septic tank at their home in Ballinulty Lower, Granard with a new treatment plant system. They've also been approved to temporarily place a mobile home at the rear of their existing house, with connections to the new and existing services.
