Asked the Minister for Health if she will urgently examine the processing times for cross border/Northern Ireland planned healthcare re-imbursement applications; if she is aware that applications are currently taking six months to approve; if she believes it is acceptable that such patients are awaiting re-imbursement for six months, as the same patients have, in most cases, been awaiting surgery
