Quarry expansion into adjoining farmland south of Moyne

Roadstone Ltd wants to expand Moyne quarry by digging into 6.27 hectares of farmland next to the existing site. They'll extract rock in layers up to 100 metres high, create a 3-metre high earth bank around three sides, plant trees, and drill three water wells for dust control.
