Quarry expansion into adjoining farmland with rock extraction and restoration plan

Roadstone Limited wants to expand Moyne Quarry by extending it into 6.27 hectares of farmland to the south. They'll extract rock in layers up to 100 metres high, produce aggregate for construction, and install wells for dust control water. The site will eventually be restored with a lake, woodland, and native trees, with permission sought for 25 years.
