Renovation and extension of derelict cottage with new garage and sewage system

Paul Barbara McGee wants to renovate a derelict cottage at Edenmore, Ballinamuck and add an extension to it. He's also planning to build a detached garage, remove some old outhouses, install a sewage treatment system, and create a new entrance to the property.
