New two-storey house with garage and treatment system approved

Mark Maguire has been given the go-ahead to build a new two-storey house at Leggagh, Moyne, along with a detached garage and all the necessary site works. The development includes a septic treatment system with a polishing filter to handle wastewater. Permission was granted with conditions in April 2026.
