Licensed bar becomes unlicensed café; storage converted to kitchen

Phoebe Dick and Hedda Dick want to turn the licensed bar at The Central on Manorhamilton's Main Street into an unlicensed café and social space, with a commercial kitchen added to the storage area. They're also moving a window and door on the building's side and removing a rear porch.
