The development, proposed by Droimcaoin Developments Ltd, includes seven two-bedroom units, 24 three-bedroom houses, six four-bedroom units, and seven two-bedroom houses at Tullylannan. The application outlines road access via the existing public road L-33903 and an additional pedestrian cycle access from Main Street. A decision on the application is expected by mid-November.
