New one-and-a-half storey house with garage approved in Cloone

Dermott McCrann has been given the go-ahead to build a new one-and-a-half storey house in Cloone, along with a detached garage and boundary fencing. The house will connect to the existing foul sewer network. There are conditions attached to this approval.
