Hugh Murray is planning to convert a former convent building on Convent Road in Ballinamore into a 12-room aparthotel with a ground-floor café and restaurant. The project includes a new lift, kitchen extension, glass porch, covered outdoor seating, and a link corridor to existing outbuildings, plus on-site car parking.
