Retain house alterations and convert porch to living space

Mark O'Sullivan is seeking permission to keep changes he's already made to his house at Greaghnafarna, Ballinaglera. The work includes alterations to the front and side walls, converting an existing porch into living space, and building a new porch on the southern side of the building.
