Extensions to dwelling and conversion of garage to habitable space

Leitrim County Council has granted conditional permission for extensions and alterations to an existing single-storey dwelling at Corraneary, Aughavas, along with retention and conversion of a domestic garage to habitable space. The site is located 5.5km west of Carrigallen with access via the R-201 Regional Road. A development contribution of €512 is required before works commence.
