Completion of partially-built shed with stone and metal cladding

Dylan Grogan wanted to finish building a shed at Annaduff Glebe in Drumsna that was already partially constructed. The shed would have a steel frame with stone cladding and metal sheeting, and would be used as storage or workspace connected to the main house. The council has refused permission for the work.
