Plans lodged for 44 houses in Leitrim Village

Plans have been submitted to Leitrim County Council for the construction of 44 houses in Leitrim Village. The development, proposed by Droimcaoin Developments Ltd, includes seven two-bedroom units, 24 three-bedroom houses, six four-bedroom units, and seven two-bedroom houses at Tullylannan. The application outlines road access via the existing public road L-33903 and an additional pedestrian cycle access from Main Street. A decision on the application is expected by mid-November.
