House extension scaled back and redesigned following earlier approval

Colm O'Cleirigh has been granted permission to make changes to a house extension in Letterfrack that was previously approved. The new plan involves making the extension smaller and altering its design compared to what was originally allowed. All the necessary site works to support the development have also been approved.
