Existing garage converted to granny flat

John Tarpey has got the go-ahead to convert an existing garage at Cloonavadogue, Kilskeagh into a granny flat with associated services. The council approved the retention of this use in late April 2026, meaning the conversion has already happened and this application formalises it.
