House extension, alterations, and new wastewater system at Liskea, Williamstown

Michael and Mary Gannon have been given the go-ahead to extend and alter their house at Liskea, Williamstown, and install a new wastewater treatment system with a percolation area. They also wanted to retain a domestic garage they've already built. The decision came through with conditions attached.
