Side extension for wheelchair-accessible facilities and physio room approved

Gearoid Leonard has been granted permission to build a 125 square metre side extension at Cnoc Tua Beag Thiar to create wheelchair-accessible living spaces including a sensory and physio room. The decision also allows him to keep alterations to the site entrance and a garden storage shed that are already in place, and transfers planning rights from a family member to him.
