House expanded and repositioned with garage moved on Furbo site

Aisling Chlochasaigh has been granted permission to modify a previous approval for her house in Furbo. The changes include expanding the floor area to 240 square metres, adjusting floor and roof levels, moving the house 2 metres back on the site, and relocating the garage. Work on site services will also proceed as planned.
