New house, garage and wastewater system approved at Carheenlea

Karen Murphy has been given the go-ahead to build a new house at Carheenlea in Turloughmore, along with a domestic garage and a wastewater treatment system to serve the property. The decision came through in April 2026, though it does come with conditions that need to be met.
