Dwelling with granny flat, rear extension and new garage approved

Eoghan Bermingham and Kayley Comyn have been given the go-ahead to keep a dwelling house at Sroove, Ardrahan, with a granny flat attached to it. The development includes a rear extension, a new garage, and an upgraded wastewater system replacing the old septic tank.
