Peter Butterly murder accused were "unlawfully detained", defence argues

Two men accused of murdering dissident republican Peter Butterly were unlawfully detained on the side of the road, their barristers have argued at the Special Criminal Court. The 35 year-old was shot dead outside The Huntsman Inn, Gormanstown, Co Meath on March 6th, 2013. Edward McGrath (35), of Lan
