Gunman's car was under garda surveillance, Peter Butterly murder trial hears

A man was gunned down in the car park of a pub in Co Meath shortly before surveillance gardai intercepted the car and gunman, the Special Criminal Court was told today. The court was told that the car used by the gunman was being watched by members of the National Surveillance Unit and that a protec
